Usher's "Love in This Club" featuring Young Jeezy begins a third week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 amid a static top 4 that includes Chris Brown's "With You" (No. 2), Flo Rida's "Low" featuring T-Pain (No. 3) and Sara Bareilles' "Love Song" (No. 4).
Also unchanged from last week are Rihanna's "Don't Stop the Music" (No. 5), Jordin Sparks' "No Air" featuring Chris Brown (No. 6) and Ray J and Yung Berg's "Sexy Can I" (No. 7), the latter of which is the chart's fastest growing track at radio.
