New album of Beck

Finally Beck announced details of his new upcoming album, that indeed is called "Modern Guilt", and is being produced by DangerMouse. It will be released on July 7 in the UK and a day later in the US . This follow-up to his 2006 release "The Information" will be only 30 minutes long. As we're told, the album will "vacillate between economy and experimentation, hybrid and pop classicism, while consistently manifesting Beck and Danger Mouse's shared interest in psych-rock, folk, electronic minimalism and orchestration." In some way it reminds me of describing taste of the wine or meals J - it may be excellent but you can never express it through words. So let's wait for release and listen.

A tip for impatient J - there are several opportunities to listen to "Modern Guilt" even earlier than original release dates: Beck is taking it on tour.
